  Bio.     A Beastman (Lion) who is the Captain of the reconnaissance unit of the Orinthia kingdom and the King's right hand man. Running the unit from the second floor of the cafe his grandfather founded called The Mocha Bean. Hughes is often found there, taking care of the diplomatic and governmental side of the job while his subordinates are out in the field.

  Personality.     Due to his age and life experiences, he is a rather patient and kind man. But this is not the case when people harm or disregard his companions. Being very upfront and not tolerate any insults to them. He is rather formal in the public eye, but much less so with his companions. Adding a gentlemanly charm. Hughes is intelligent and punctual as well, this is due to his life working under a royal and running a buisness.

  Bio.   Orion was found by a Dwarven couple at a riverbed, where he floated in from the sea. All the couple found was him wrapped in a blanket and a crystal that had a song recorded within. The Dwarven took him in and raised him. Finally all grown up, Orion set off to explore the world. To further his studies as a apothecary on the road and discover more fish he has never seen before! And perhaps learn what happened to his birth parents. While on his travels in the Orinthian capital, he was recruited by Hughes to join the reconnaissance unit. Allowing him more access to information and resources for his healing practices.

  Personality.     Orion is high-spirited, passionate, and very talkative. He has difficulty reading a room or modulating his expressiveness around others, which leads to him coming across as quite energetic. He loves to talk about fishing and different kinds of fish, which make many laugh at how enthusiastic he is about them. He has been spending his free time; traveling, studying herbs, and fishing. Leading to him not being the most experienced in romantic endeavors.

The World

The continent of Barios is a land of magic, science, and mystery. In this land monsters, animals, mortals, and even gods inhabit it.At present, the continent is on the brink of war. Tensions rise as one god after another become corrupted. Leading to more and more resources getting depleted as mortals try to defeat these corrupted gods to put them in a static state. Unable to completely defeat them, risking the concept that the gods represent would falter and burn.For example, if the God of Storms were to be defeated completely. It would lead to raging uncontrollable storms raking the land.Defeating these corrupted gods in battle and putting them in a static state is the only way to keep the lands safe until a cure to heal the corruption is found.

Orinthia: The Kingdom of the Long Sky

  LOCATION  

Orinthia is a medium-sized country located near the East of the continent of Barios. With a singular coast gracing its shores. Sharing multiple boarders with other prominent countries.It's Northern portion of the country face frigid cold temperatures due to being in close proximity the Northern most country.The Kingdom received its moniker because of the floating ruins of the Old Kingdom located near its capital. Every year, the capital holds a kite running contest amongst these well maintained ruins. Leading to a large number of travelers coming and visiting the land around that time to experience the thrill of running atop of kites in the sky!

  GOVERNMENT  

It is a monarchy, where the ruling power and judge on major court cases is the King.At present, there is just a singular King ruling Orinthia. No Queen has been crowned.The current ruling King has been ruling for 5 years since the previous King was unable to preform his duties.It is public knowledge that the previous King and his father is currently in a state of stasis. The previous Queen and his Mother stepped down to research and find a way to free her husband. Thus, the current King has ascended to the throne.

  THE KNIGHTS COUNCIL  

The Knight's Council is made up of select Captains that are loyal to the King of Orinthia and the King. The following are part of the Council:- The Royal Family

- The Intelligence UnitThis council is established to address any discourse within the kingdom. But also discuss any potential external threats that may effect the country.
